We are hiring an experienced Management Representative (MR) for our manufacturing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate and attend customer visits and customer audits.
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.
- Lead and coordinate certification audits such as:
- ISO 9001
- IATF 16949
- CE Certification
- EHS Compliance
- OHSAS / ISO 45001
- Prepare audit documentation, SOPs, records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for continual improvement activities.
- Monitor quality objectives, process compliance, and system effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
- Strong exposure in handling certification and surveillance audits.
- Good knowledge of quality systems, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle customer interactions and audit activities.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, RCA, FMEA, and internal auditing will be preferred.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Graduate preferred.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
