Job Description
Process new orders and update new customer record in the data base.- Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
- Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
- Address customer complaints and questions trough emails.
- Keeping updated records of order & Billing.
- Process reimbursement forms
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Qualifications
• Commerce Graduate-B.com in accounting or similar field is preferred• Excellent communication ability• Proficient in MS Office( Word & Excel), Internet Explorer.
