Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues in software systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug software problems. - Develop and implement solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of applications. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. - Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for system performance optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
