Full Job Description
Stark Engineering is urgently hiring a visionary BIM Manager to champion our Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy for a major client project based in Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing the BIM execution plan, setting up governance, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle across Structural and Architectural domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping & Strategy: Map, develop, and implement corporate BIM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Cross-Disciplinary Oversight: Lead and integrate BIM workflows between the Architectural and Structural engineering teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Technology Leadership: Define software environments, coordinate clash-detection workflows, and establish the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Quality Assurance: Audit and review 3D models to ensure compliance with client specifications, delivery milestones, and international BIM standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of total experience in BIM implementation, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Domain Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Architectural and Structural design integration.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level command over Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and workflow mapping tools.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site at Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum.
