Job Role: Inside Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers and leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
- Explain products, offers, and promotions to customers
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain daily call and sales reports
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth order processing
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates, Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, retail sales, or inside sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati
- Basic English communication is preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
