Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive for Plank & Pixel who can generate business opportunities, handle field sales activities, manage client meetings, build professional relationships, and convert leads into successful sales.
The candidate should be comfortable with field work, client meetings, networking, and basic marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Networking
- Visit potential clients, builders, contractors, commercial spaces, and business partners regularly.
- Build long-term professional relationships.
- Present flooring samples, catalogs, and company profile.
- Generate new business opportunities and referrals.
- Maintain strong follow-up with existing contacts.
2. Lead Handling & Sales Conversion
- Visit client sites and attend meetings.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Explain flooring products and solutions.
- Coordinate site visits and measurements.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.
3. Marketing Activities
- Distribute brochures and catalogs.
- Visit local markets and commercial areas for business development.
- Collect new leads and references.
- Assist in offline marketing campaigns.
- Support WhatsApp and local promotional activities when required.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update lead status regularly.
- Share market feedback and competitor information.
- Coordinate with the operations/team for project execution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Confident personality and presentable appearance.
- Comfortable with field sales.
- Basic understanding of interiors, flooring, or the construction industry preferred.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years experience in field sales, interior products, furniture, building materials, flooring, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.
