Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. BOQ Preparation: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Tendering and Contract Management: Assist in the tendering process, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
4. Site Management: Monitor and control site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
5. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of project engineers, coordinators, and other support staff.
6. Stakeholder Management: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that defects are identified and rectified promptly.
8. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualification*: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
2. Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
