1. Recruitment & Hiring Management
- Drafting and updating Job Descriptions in coordination with Department Heads.
- Posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, company website and other relevant platforms.
- Managing recruitment consultants and maintaining regular follow-ups.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.
- Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating further rounds with HODs/MD.
- Preparing interview feedback summaries and final recommendations.
- Salary negotiation and preparation of CTC structures (all levels).
- Issuing offer letters, welcome mails and appointment letters.
- Completing joining formalities and documentation.
2. Interview Coordination & Tracking
- Scheduling interviews and sharing meeting links with stakeholders.
- Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & FMS and candidate status reports.
- Updating candidate tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards.
- Sharing interview feedback with concerned departments.
- Conducting structured interviews for Sales Executives / Sales Heads (R3 format).
- Tracking Sales Pitch evaluations and final management decisions.
3. Onboarding & Probation Monitoring
- Organizing induction and company orientation programs.
- Monitoring new joinees during probation:
- 15 days – Reporting Head feedback
- 1 month – HR review
- 1 month – Management review
- Ensuring confirmation or replacement within consultancy replacement period (90 days).
4. Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintaining employee personal files (active and exit employees).
- Enrollment in HRMS (Saral), Attendance Software (Matrix), PF portal & ESIC.
- Preparing ESIC challans and coordinating statutory compliance.
- Managing attendance corrections and payroll inputs.
5. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Preparing salary sheets and salary transfer details.
- Designing and updating CTC salary structures.
- Handling salary hold/block cases as per management approval.
6. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Preparing annual events and celebration calendar.
- Organizing employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Managing Reward & Recognition initiatives.
- Coordinating with State Heads for manpower planning.
- Following up on resignations and coordinating the exit clearance process.
7. MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Preparing and sharing monthly recruitment MIS reports (open positions, closures, aging, offer acceptance ratio).
- Maintaining manpower status reports (budgeted vs. actual).
- Preparing attrition and joining reports.Tracking probation status and confirmation reports.
8. Cross-Functional & Business Support (If Required)
- Providing HR support to the Operations department.
- Assisting and supervising Sales function as a core business support role.
- Managing CRM coordination for B2B meetings.
- Supporting Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.
- Contributing to Workforce Planning aligned with business strategy.
- Extending support to other departments as and when required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong exposure to various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
Skills Required
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with time management abilities.
- Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS systems.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
Experience:
