Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate presales team.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate business.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports.
Support backend operations and process coordination.
Requirements
Candidate must have minimum 2years of experience in Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
