Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible AV Project Engineer / Project Manager to handle the planning, execution, installation, and management of Audio Visual (AV) projects for conference rooms, smart classrooms, auditoriums, command centers, boardrooms, training rooms, and government/institutional projects.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of AV systems along with project coordination and client handling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:Technical & Project Execution:
- Design and execute AV solutions as per client requirements and project scope.
- Handle installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of AV systems.
- Work on systems including:
- Microphones
- DSPs
- Amplifiers
- Speakers
- PTZ Cameras
- Video Conferencing Systems
- LED Displays
- Interactive Panels
- Matrix Switchers
- Control Systems
- Prepare project BOQ, technical documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal technical teams.
Project Management:
- Plan project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare implementation plans.
- Manage manpower, material dispatch, and site execution.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance during execution.
Client Coordination:
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and technical requirements.
- Provide training and handover support after project completion.
- Attend meetings and support pre-sales/post-sales activities when required.
Maintenance & Support:
- Provide troubleshooting and maintenance support for installed AV systems.
- Handle preventive maintenance and service coordination.
