Job Requirements
We are looking for a dedicated Solar O&M Engineer to manage the operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of ground-mounted solar power plants. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum plant uptime, troubleshooting faults, preventive maintenance, and maintaining safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily operation and performance of ground-mounted solar PV plants.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Troubleshoot electrical, inverter, SCADA, and module-related faults.

Ensure maximum plant generation and system availability.

Analyze generation data and prepare performance reports.

Coordinate module cleaning and maintenance schedules.

Inspect transformers, HT/LT panels, breakers, and switchyard equipment.

Conduct thermography, string testing, and routine inspections.

Maintain records of breakdowns, maintenance logs, and spare parts.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and electrical standards.

Coordinate with DISCOM, contractors, and service vendors when required.

Support commissioning and testing activities during plant expansion/upgrades.
