## Job Title: Compliance Officer – Social & Environmental Compliance
### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Compliance Officer** with expertise in **Social and Environmental Compliance** to manage buyer audits, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure adherence to legal and customer requirements.
### Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate social, environmental, and quality compliance programs.
* Prepare and handle buyer and certification audits, including **SLCP, Higg FEM/FSLM, and CTPAT**.
* Maintain audit documentation and ensure timely closure of audit observations (CAPA).
* Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, buyers, and regulatory authorities.
* Conduct internal compliance audits and identify improvement opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws, environmental regulations, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
* Organize employee awareness and compliance training programs.
* Prepare compliance reports and maintain all statutory and audit records.
##Experience
* Minimum **5–8 years** of experience in social and environmental compliance in the manufacturing/export industry.
* Strong knowledge of **SLCP, Higg FEM/FSLM, CTPAT**, labour laws, and environmental compliance.
* Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
