This new facility is designed to bridge the gap between academic qualifications and global industry standards. We are currently seeking driven, high-caliber professionals to join our founding Ernakulam team and help shape a new benchmark for professional education in Kerala.
Role Overview
You’ll be the first person to speak with people who reach out to learn about our courses. Your job is to call them, clearly explain what we offer, understand what they need, and help them take the next step—whether that’s a campus visit or enrollment. There’s no pushy selling; it’s about giving the right information and building trust, so the right person joins the right course.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Connect with fresh leads – Call people who have enquired through our website, social media, or ads. Use WhatsApp and email for follow-ups where needed.
- Explain courses simply – Talk about course content, duration, fees, career outcomes, and the difference our training can make. Answer doubts patiently.
- Guide decision-making – Listen to each person’s background (student, working professional, career changer) and suggest the most suitable program.
- Keep records – Log call outcomes, next steps, and lead status in our tracking sheet or CRM
- Work towards goals – You’ll have monthly enrolment targets to aim for. Your performance is measured by the conversions you achieve, not just the number of calls made.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- 2+ years of tele-calling experience
- Very good spoken communication in Malayalam (mandatory) and English (preferred)
- Comfortable with basic computer use – Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp
- Goal-oriented mindset; you enjoy seeing your efforts turn into results
Good to have (will give you an edge):
- 1+ year of tele-calling or sales experience in the ed-tech sector
- Any prior exposure to explaining courses, handling admissions, or educational counselling
What We Offer

- 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
