We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting our offerings, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Field Visits: Identify potential clients, make field visits, and pitch company offerings.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs, present suitable options, and conduct product/project walkthroughs or site visits.
- Closing Deals: Follow up with potential leads, negotiate terms, and successfully convert prospects into clients.
- Market Promotion: Participate in local marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and networking events.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of meetings, client inquiries, and deal updates in Excel/CRM.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) in any stream.
- Language: Fluent in Hindi; functional English is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Conveyance: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field travel.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-friendly attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
