- Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.
- Dispense prescription medications and provide clear instructions on proper usage.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and controlled substances.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment plans.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring expiration dates.
- Provide health and wellness information to patients, including immunization and preventive care guidance where applicable.
Qualification
- Education Qualification: B.PHARM / D.PHARM (5 to 10 years of experience)
- Valid license to practice the profession
