Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily service bay operations and technician performance.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing and quality checks.
- Oversee spare parts inventory, stock availability, and procurement planning.
- Handle warranty claims, job cards, and service billing processes.
- Coordinate with OEM technical teams for product updates and staff training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and issue resolution.
Key KPIs
- Service Turnaround Time (TAT)
- First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR)
- Spare Parts Availability %
- Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
- Workshop productivity
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Degree / Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Automotive / EV Service Operations
