- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons for Nursery, LKG, and UKG students. • Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning through play and exploration. • Develop children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and motor skills. • Use innovative teaching methods, educational games, storytelling, songs, and activities to enhance learning. • Monitor and assess students' progress and maintain accurate records. • Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic and behavioral development. • Organize classroom displays, celebrations, and school events. • Ensure the safety, well-being, and discipline of children at all times. • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to enhance educational outcomes. • Participate in staff meetings, training programs, workshops, and school activities.
