1. Student Guidance & Counseling
- Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career pathways
- Help students identify their interests, strengths, and goals
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions
2. Admissions & Enrollment Support
- Guide students through the admission process
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, and timelines
- Assist with application forms, documentation, and follow-ups
3. Career & Academic Planning
- Help students plan academic schedules and study strategies
- Provide career guidance and higher education options
- Support students in making informed decisions
4. Parent & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Address queries and concerns professionally
- Maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and institutions
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain student records and counseling reports
- Update CRM or admission databases
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly counseling reports
6. Marketing & Outreach (in some roles)
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and school visits
- Conduct orientation programs and presentations
- Support lead generation and student outreach initiatives
