So, what’s the gig?
At 2 Pints Brewing, we’re looking for a Hostess to be the first smile our guests see and the person who sets the tone for their visit. You’ll welcome guests, manage seating, coordinate reservations and walk-ins, assist with guest queries, and ensure every person feels valued from the moment they arrive.
This role is all about hospitality, connection, and creating a seamless guest journey. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, thrives in a lively environment, and takes pride in making every guest feel special.
The good stuff you’ll own
- Be the first warm hello: Welcome guests with a friendly, confident, and positive attitude, creating a great first impression.
- Manage guest arrivals: Handle reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow during service.
- Guide guests through their experience: Assist with table preferences, menu queries, events, and any information guests may need.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere: Be attentive to guest comfort, ambience, and overall experience throughout their visit.
- Handle guest requests gracefully: Listen, assist wherever possible, and ensure concerns are addressed with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the service team: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and floor teams to deliver seamless hospitality.
- Stay composed during busy hours: Maintain a calm, friendly presence even during peak service periods.
- Represent the 2 Pints spirit: Bring warmth, sincerity, and a guest-first mindset to every interaction.

- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations, front office, customer service, or similar roles. (Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude are welcome!)
- A natural people-person who enjoys meeting and engaging with different guests.
- Warm, confident, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple guest interactions while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passionate about hospitality, guest experiences, and creating memorable moments.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy service shifts.
