Project Manager cum Center Head – DDUGKY Project
Project: Government Skill Development & Placement-Linked Projects (DDUGKY)

Location: Guwahati, Assam
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience)
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (DDUGKY Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Project & Center Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of DDUGKY project operations
- Ensure compliance with DDUGKY guidelines, SOPs, and documentation
- Manage center operations, team coordination, and reporting
Training & Operations
- Oversee mobilization, enrolment, training delivery, and assessments
- Monitor attendance, trainer performance, and infrastructure
- Conduct field visits and ensure smooth execution
Placement & KPI Management
- Drive placement activities and achieve placement targets
- Build employer partnerships and coordinate interviews
- Track placement documentation and retention
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain MIS reports and documentation
- Handle audits, inspections, and government coordination
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Management/Social Work preferred)
- 2+ years experience in DDUGKY projects
- Strong leadership & team handling skills
- Good knowledge of MIS, MS Excel, and reporting
