Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Salesforce Interns who are passionate about building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. This internship program is designed to provide structured learning, hands-on development experience, and real-time project exposure under expert mentorship, preparing candidates for entry-level Salesforce Developer roles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Participate in structured training sessions on Salesforce fundamentals, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
2. Complete assigned learning modules, exercises, and Trailhead tasks to build core platform knowledge.
3. Assist in developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and automation tools.
4. Support real-time project implementations and contribute to business use cases under guidance.
5. Work on mini-projects and capstone projects, translating basic business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues to ensure functional and optimized solutions.
7. Collaborate with trainers, mentors, and peers; actively participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
8. Complete regular assessments and coding challenges, demonstrating continuous progress through deliverables.
9. Possess a basic understanding of programming (Java/OOP), web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and databases (SQL).
10. Demonstrate strong learning ability, communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
