As part of our Pre-Launch Business development intern team, you'll gain real-world exposure to Business Development profession, B2B Sales, Networking, Client Acquisition, client prospecting, Lead Generation, CRM, Relationship Management, and Market Expansion while working alongside experienced professionals.
Role Overview
We're looking for ambitious, self-driven, and enthusiastic individuals who want to build a career in Business Development and Sales or has an ambition to be an entrepreneur. As a Business Development Intern, you'll engage with business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers, helping them discover technology solutions that drive visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
This internship offers practical learning, professional mentorship, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B business leads.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and business outreach.
- Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Present LetzStepIn's VR solutions with confidence and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth and client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Stipend
