Job Position - ITI Fitter
Salary range- 12000 to 25000 Monthly
Qualification- ITI Fitter
Job Location - POR, Vadodara
Experience- 1-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Installation: Assemble, fit, and align machine parts, structures, and sub-assemblies according to blueprints.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions, replacing broken or damaged parts.
- Tool Operation: Utilize various hand and power tools, such as grinders, drills, lathes, and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), to shape and cut metal.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret, engineering drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents.
- Fabrication: Perform metal fabrication tasks including drilling, tapping, and welding, if necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI Certificate in Fitter trade (NCVT/SCVT).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in precision measuring, machine assembly, and reading technical drawings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in challenging industrial environments.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
