Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement lessons aligned with Montessori / Early Years curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Foster children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, play-based learning, and hands-on activities
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress regularly
- Maintain classroom materials and ensure proper use of Montessori equipment
- Build strong relationships with parents and provide regular feedback on student progress
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and self-directed learning among children
