Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at NymoHealth, you will drive the adoption of our premium clinic management platform. Your core mission is to connect with doctors and clinic owners, understand their operational bottlenecks, and demonstrate how NymoHealth’s AI-enhanced, privacy-first software can simplify their practice. You will be the bridge between our technology and the healthcare providers who need it, ensuring they understand our commitment to keeping patient data strictly in their hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Identify and reach out to healthcare providers (Doctors), independent clinics, and medical facilities to generate new business opportunities.
- Build Trust: Develop and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and administrative staff.
- Demonstrate Value: Deliver ultra-minimal, high-impact demonstrations of the NymoHealth platform. Highlight key differentiators like our intuitive design, AI features, and strict "no-data-monetization" architecture.
- Close & Onboard: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial contact and negotiation to closing the deal and ensuring a seamless handoff for onboarding.
- Market Insight: Gather on-the-ground feedback regarding clinic workflows and healthcare compliance needs to help inform future product features.
- Track Performance: Maintain accurate records in the CRM, create frequent sales reports, and consistently meet or exceed growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of the healthcare landscape and the daily operational challenges faced by doctors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for translating technical software features into clear, compelling benefits.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: Fluency in local regional languages to connect more authentically with regional healthcare providers.
