Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Prepare tax returns and support audits
- Monitor financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA / CA / CMA certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in [industry, if applicable]
