- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain fabrication equipment such as welding machines, CNC machines, cutting machines, hydraulic presses, compressors, EOT cranes, and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history cards, and service reports.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and relocation of machinery.
- Monitor utility systems including air compressors, DG sets, and electrical panels.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and safety audits.
- Implement lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures during maintenance activities.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to machinery and utilities.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for procurement of maintenance materials and spares.
- Evaluate vendor performance and service quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Participate in TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
