Key Responsibilities
Experience : (0-1yrs)
- Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls
- Assist users with account setup, KYC verification, and onboarding
- Resolve issues related to deposits, withdrawals, and transactions
- Guide users on trading basics (buy/sell orders, wallet usage)
- Troubleshoot login issues, 2FA, and security concerns
- Monitor and flag suspicious or fraudulent activities
- Escalate technical or compliance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ticketing tools
- Meet SLAs, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Skills
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle high-volume queries calmly
- Basic technical knowledge (apps, web platforms, troubleshooting)
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
