Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to support our Overseas Medical Education admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in handling inbound and outbound calls, and the ability to guide prospective students and parents regarding overseas medical education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.
- Explain overseas medical education programs, admission process, eligibility, and available universities.
- Capture and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads based on student requirements and eligibility.
- Schedule counselling sessions with admission counsellors or university representatives.
- Follow up with prospective students until admission closure.
- Address basic queries professionally and escalate complex queries when required.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up records, and conversion status.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Education Counselling.
- Experience in the education, overseas education, or admissions industry will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional Indian or international languages will be considered an added advantage.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and build rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM applications.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates from Education, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
Working Days & Hours
- 6 Days a Week
- Shift timings as per business requirements.
Contract Duration
- 6 Months (May be extended based on performance and organizational requirements.)
