Join the Packaging Qualification Lab as a Qualification Engineer!
You will join a dynamic, passionate, and supportive team and work in a challenging
operational environment.
The Qualification team is a young team, created less than 4 years ago. Under a single entity,
it brings together several areas of expertise: compatibility, packaging qualification, the
Dispensing laboratory (pump/aerosol), and method creation. This enables us to ensure the
best quality for our products from AC (Articles Conditionnement / Packaging Components)
to PF (Produit Fini / Finished Product), while also integrating control methods.
Qualification is an international team of over 80 people based across 5 continents. This will
allow you to demonstrate your ability to implement projects on a global scale. We are still
in a transformation phase, and you will play a key role in building the "One Voice
Qualification WW" constellation.
You will evolve within Qualification in the Homologation (Qualification) department,
which is responsible for validating packaging designs in compliance with our specifications
to ensure the highest quality for our consumers. The commitments of "L’Oréal For The
Future" lead us to develop new packaging technologies and implement new transformation
processes. To support this major challenge, we must develop new methods and invest in
equipment that will allow us to qualify the packaging of tomorrow.
You will be at the heart of packaging design, quality, and launch agility, and will be called
upon to be the voice of Qualification on your projects.
You will work in partnership with Packaging Engineering (in charge of packaging
development for launches), Technical Design (design office), Advanced Packaging
(packaging innovation), the Packaging Science Center (packaging research), Color &
Artwork teams (decoration development), and other Qualification services, with strong
synergy with your international counterparts in the various Hubs.
