We are looking for a creative, energetic, and animal-loving Social Media Specialist & Graphic Designer to bring our pet hospital’s brand to life!
In this hybrid role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our clinical care, community events, and patient success stories. You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, designing eye-catching posters, flyers, and digital graphics, and growing our online community of pet parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Branding
- Design professional posters, flyers, banners, and digital graphics for in-clinic displays, local events, and promotions.
- Create visually compelling social media assets (Instagram posts, stories, reels, infographics, and Facebook banners).
- Maintain a consistent brand identity, visual style, and tone of voice across all marketing materials.
- Produce educational graphics (e.g., pet care tips, seasonal health alerts, vaccination schedules).
2. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage day-to-day operations across our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile).
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) featuring our team, patients, and clinic life.
- Plan and maintain an organized content calendar aligned with hospital campaigns, pet holidays, and health awareness months.
- Write engaging, clear, and empathetic captions that resonate with pet owners.
3. Community Management & Engagement
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and helpful manner.
- Engage with local pet communities, rescues, and pet owners on social media to build strong local relationships.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative social media content (required).
- Software Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
- Video Editing: Hands-on experience editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere/Rush.
- Social Media Literacy: Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Copywriting: Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail and grammar.
- Affinity for Animals: Comfortable being around pets in a clinic setting to capture photo and video content.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience in veterinary care, pet retail, healthcare, or local business marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital photography/videography using a mobile device or DSLR.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
