Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should be able to manage site activities, supervise labor, coordinate with contractors, and maintain project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor labor productivity and maintain quality standards.
- Manage site materials and ensure proper utilization.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and installation processes.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.20 - ₹30,424.05 per month
