Open to candidates with relevant experience or a strong design/content portfolioWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to support content execution across two design-led ventures—Terrachem Minerals (gemstone jewelry) and Three Matter (furniture). This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy translating ideas into visually engaging content and digital experiences while contributing to day-to-day content execution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives including posts, carousels, banners, and other digital assets based on approved briefs
- Create and edit reels, short-form videos, and promotional content using tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar applications
- Utilize AI tools for ideation, prompt writing, image generation, and enhancing creative workflows
- Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic website management tasks on platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Organize and manage creative assets, design files, and maintain structured workflows
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality creatives while maintaining consistency across outputs
Who You Are
- Proficient in Canva and graphic design tools
- Familiar with video editing applications such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or Filmora
- Basic understanding of website platforms such as WordPress and Shopify
- Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based content generation workflows
- Strong creative thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content
- Good understanding of social media aesthetics, content formats, and feed curation
- Ability to maintain visual consistency while ensuring an engaging and cohesive brand presence
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow briefs, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver within timelines
