Job Description:
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential new clients through door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Product Demonstrations: Presenting products/services and explaining their benefits to clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and signing contracts to meet sales targets.
- Reporting: Submitting regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights (competitor activity) to management.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Education: Generally, a bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred, though not always required.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in sales in listed or building material space is often required else more.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Mobility: Ability to travel extensively and, in many cases, possess a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.
Typical Working Conditions
- Environment: Frequently visiting customer locations, which can include both indoor meetings and outdoor field work.
- Schedule: Generally full-time, often including Saturdays.
- Remuneration: Typically a combination of a fixed salary and performance-based incentives.
- Based in Gujarat, New Delhi, Haryana
- Other Incentives and benefits will be provided.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hisar, Haryana (Hisar)
