Role Description The Digital Marketing Ads Specialist / Digital Performance Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves planning performance marketing strategies, setting up campaigns, defining targeting, and managing budgets to achieve lead generation and conversion goals. The role includes daily monitoring of campaign performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to maximize ROI. The specialist will collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging, landing pages, and funnels with business objectives. Responsibilities also include A/B testing creatives and copy, tracking key metrics, maintaining pixel and conversion tracking, and staying updated on best practices in digital advertising.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, optimize performance, and report on key metrics.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance insights clearly.
- Experience in Digital Strategy and Performance Marketing, including planning, executing, and scaling paid campaigns.
- Project Management capabilities to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Hands-on Digital Marketing experience with major ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), tracking tools, and understanding of SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) and familiarity with conversion tracking and A/B testing.
- Ability to work on-site in Sleep Therapeutics, kukatpally, Hyderabad, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare or wellness sectors is an advantage
