We are a Consulting firm providing tax, compliance, advisory, and wealth management solutions to individuals, HNIs, NRIs, professionals, and business owners. We assist clients in investment planning through Mutual Funds, Equity Investments, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, and other financial products.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investment-related queries.
- Conduct regular portfolio review meetings with clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.
- Cross-sell wealth management and financial planning services to the firm's tax and audit clients.
- Identify opportunities for increasing Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and AUM targets.
Investment Advisory & Product Distribution
- Promote and distribute:
- Mutual Funds
- Direct Equity Products
- PMS
- AIF
- Bonds and Fixed Income Products
- Insurance and other wealth products (if applicable)
- Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment solutions.
- Assist clients in onboarding, KYC, and investment documentation.
Portfolio Monitoring
- Track client portfolios and investment performance.
- Coordinate with fund houses, brokers, PMS providers, and AIF managers.
- Prepare portfolio review reports and investment summaries.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and transactions.
- Complete KYC, FATCA, CKYC, and other regulatory documentation.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with CA partners, tax teams, and operations staff.
- Prepare MIS reports on AUM, revenue, client acquisition, and portfolio performance.
- Update CRM and maintain client database.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Finance) preferred.
- NISM Certifications and AMFI Registration preferred.
- CFP, CFA (Pursuing/Completed) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Mutual Fund Distribution, PMS, AIF, Broking, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.
- Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Client relationship and business development skills.
- Ability to understand financial statements and taxation implications of investments.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and portfolio management tools.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
