Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Generalist & Payroll Executive who can manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll processing, HR documentation, and office coordination. The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with basic knowledge of payroll systems and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Schedule and conduct interviews
- Employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database
- Handle employee grievances and HR support
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
- Maintain office discipline and company policies
- Organize employee engagement activities
Payroll Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll data
- Maintain salary records and attendance reports
- Calculate incentives, overtime, deductions, and leaves
- Coordinate salary processing and bank transfers
- Maintain PF, ESI, and statutory compliance records
- Generate salary slips and payroll reports
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of HR operations and payroll management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
Qualification:
- Graduation / MBA in HR preferred
- Experience: 1–3 Years in HR & Payroll
