Need for Hiring – Video Editor
As Adsify continues to expand its client portfolio, content marketing initiatives, and brand-building efforts, there is a growing demand for high-quality video content across multiple digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Amazon.
The increasing volume of video production for client campaigns, Amazon creatives, testimonials, case studies, recruitment marketing, social media content, and brand awareness initiatives requires a dedicated Video Editor to ensure timely delivery and maintain creative excellence.
The Video Editor will play a key role in:
- Scaling video production for both client and internal marketing initiatives.
- Creating engaging short-form and long-form content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
- Developing Amazon Sponsored Brands Videos and product creatives aligned with platform guidelines.
- Enhancing the quality and consistency of client testimonial videos, case studies, and promotional content.
- Reducing dependency on external freelancers and agencies while maintaining creative quality.
- Improving project turnaround times and operational efficiency.
- Supporting employer branding, recruitment campaigns, company events, and marketing initiatives.
- Optimising content performance through platform-specific editing techniques and audience retention strategies.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proficiency in Canvas for creative asset development and video enhancements.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, testimonials, case-study videos, and marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and brand consistency.
- Knowledge of platform-specific video formats, dimensions, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
