We're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display, and lead generation channels.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, ROAS, conversions, lead quality, and cost efficiency.
- Build audience strategies, media plans, and campaign budgets.
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Video, and Account Management teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Mentor junior team members and review campaign performance to ensure best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
