Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP

Work with frameworks like Laravel / CodeIgniter / Symfony

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps)

Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality standards

Optimize application performance and scalability

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in PHP development

Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony)

Experience with MySQL or other relational databases

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end integration

Familiarity with version control tools (Git)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
