Key Responsibilities
- Live Surveillance Monitoring: Continuously watch multiple camera feeds to detect crimes, security breaches, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
- System Maintenance: Conduct routine checks to ensure all cameras, monitors, and recording equipment are functioning correctly. Report technical glitches or blind spots immediately.
- Footage Retrieval & Archiving: Search, review, and extract recorded footage to assist management or law enforcement with investigations, ensuring strict adherence to data protection laws.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with modern Video Management Software (VMS), digital recording systems, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Integrity & Confidentiality: Absolute commitment to handling sensitive personal data and security information ethically.
