We're Hiring: Telesales Executive
Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be based in Mumbai)
Work Mode: Hybrid (5 Days Work From Home | 1 Day Work From Office/Field Visits)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (including incentives)

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Conduct virtual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Coordinate scheduling and provide support throughout the customer journey.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Assist with lead generation activities.
- Coordinate with colleges and institutions for seminars, orientations, and job fairs.
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Who Can Apply?
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Must be based in Mumbai.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Confident speaking over phone calls and building rapport.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic productivity tools.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Must have a laptop, smartphone, and a stable internet connection.
Training
Selected candidates will undergo a 5-day online training program (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Offer letters will be issued upon successful completion of the training.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
