Dispatch Assistant
Location: Thiruvaly, Malappuram
We are hiring a Dispatch Assistant to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch operations and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and transport teams.
- Ensure accurate packing, labelling, and dispatch of goods.
- Update dispatch details in SAP (Mandatory).
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain dispatch records and reports.
- Verify quantity, quality, and documentation before dispatch.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
