Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage the company's online sales operations across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and other digital commerce channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing marketplace performance, leading the e-commerce team, optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, operations, and logistics functions. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in marketplace management and performance marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Sales Management
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and marketplace growth.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the E-Commerce team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of online sales activities.
- Drive a performance-oriented and customer-focused culture within the team.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Plan and manage Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, ACOS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign execution and promotional activities.
Product & Content Management
- Oversee product listings, catalog management, SEO optimization, and A+ Content creation.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, images, and content across all marketplaces.
- Implement best practices for product discoverability and conversion optimization.
Inventory & Operations Management
- Monitor inventory planning, stock availability, replenishment cycles, and demand forecasting.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, cancellations, and return rates.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
- Analyze sales, customer behavior, advertising performance, and marketplace metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Expertise in Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplace platforms.
- Experience managing teams and leading e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace advertising.
- Proficiency in Shopify and/or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and e-commerce reporting.
- Expertise in ROAS optimization, ACOS management, and performance marketing.
- Product listing optimization, keyword research, and marketplace SEO.
- Inventory planning, forecasting, and order management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing, E-Commerce, or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Sales.
- At least 2–3 years of team handling experience in a managerial or leadership role.
