A Purchase Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement process and ensuring the timely purchase of goods and services required by an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtaining quotations and comparing prices.
- Tracking deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
- Maintaining purchase records and documentation.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating replenishment.
- Following up on pending orders and resolving supply issues.
- Assisting in vendor evaluation and negotiations.
- Preparing procurement reports and MIS as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,010.21 - ₹22,072.21 per month
