Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer to manage and supervise plotting development projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, contractor coordination, project planning, and ensuring timely completion of infrastructure work.
Key Responsibilities
- Site supervision and execution of plotting development projects.
- Monitoring of roads, drainage, water line, sewer line, and infrastructure work.
- Prepare project plans, estimates, and BOQ.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring.
- Verify measurements and contractor billing.
- Maintain project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities when required.
- Ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. Civil / Diploma Civil Engineering.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Real Estate, Land Development, or Plotting Projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning.
- Understanding of construction materials and site execution.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
