Finance Manager (Hospital Sector)
Location: Vimala Hospital, Kanjoor
Vimala Hospital is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts Department.
Qualifications
- B.Com (Required)
- M.Com or MBA in Finance (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Hospital/Healthcare Finance (Mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the hospital's Finance & Accounts Department.
- Oversee accounting, cash flow, payroll, vendor payments, and doctor payouts.
- Monitor IPD/OPD billing, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting.
- Handle TPA and corporate insurance billing, claim follow-up, and payment reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, financial statements, and profitability analysis.
- Implement internal financial controls to prevent revenue leakages.
- Lead and guide the finance team to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of hospital finance and accounting.
- Expertise in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of hospital billing, TPA processes, and financial compliance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
