We are a well-established Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm based in Noida Sector 18, seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about expanding business opportunities by using using portals Sales Navigator, Upwork & Apollo.io and working closely with clients, both corporate and individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, using portals Sales Navigator, Upwork & Apollo.io, to build strong, long-term business relationships.
- Business Tie-ups: Collaborate with potential business partners and secure tie-ups to expand our client base.
- Data Management: Work on client data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records, aiding in effective client outreach.
- Coordination with Marketing Team: Work in close coordination with the digital marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns that drive client engagement.
- Sales Expertise: Utilize effective sales techniques to generate leads, convert prospects into clients, and meet targets using the mentioned portals.
- Communication: Efficiently use email, messaging tools, and other communication platforms to communicate with clients and business partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in professional services or finance-related fields.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using Sales Navigator, Upwork & Apollo.io
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of the finance, accounting, or CA industry is a plus but not mandatory.
