expat teacher:1. Educational Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) or relevant subject specialization.
- Additional certifications in International Teaching Practices, Cambridge Curriculum, IB, or TESOL/TEFL will be an added advantage.
2. Teaching Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven teaching experience in reputed international schools.
- Experience in teaching multicultural classrooms and familiarity with progressive, inquiry-based pedagogies preferred.
3. Language Proficiency
- Must possess excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Should demonstrate clear, fluent, and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of French language (reading, writing, or conversational) is preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
4. Personal Attributes
- Approachable, student-friendly, and culturally sensitive.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and the academic leadership team.
- Should be adaptable and willing to work within the school’s ethos and values.
5. Professional Skills
- Strong classroom management and lesson-planning abilities.

6. Documentation & Compliance
- Valid passport, work permit, and eligibility to work in India as per government norms.
- Background verification, police clearance certificate, and medical fitness certificate mandatory.
