About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Dermatologist with 1–3 years of clinical experience to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about providing comprehensive dermatological care, diagnosing and treating skin, hair, and nail disorders, and delivering excellent patient outcomes.
We offer flexible engagement options, including Full-Time, Part-Time, and Consultation-Based appointments, with compensation aligned to the number of hours of engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions.
- Conduct patient consultations, clinical examinations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform dermatological procedures such as:
- Chemical peels
- Cryotherapy
- Electrocautery
- Skin biopsies
- Mole, wart, and skin tag removal
- Intralesional injections
- Manage common dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, vitiligo, pigmentation disorders, and allergic skin diseases.
- Provide cosmetic dermatology consultations (preferred), including anti-aging treatments, scar management, and aesthetic procedures.
- Educate patients on preventive skin care and treatment compliance.
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy.
- Valid Medical Council registration.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in Dermatology.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology.
- Familiarity with laser procedures and advanced dermatological treatments.
- Ability to work independently and manage outpatient consultations efficiently.
- Patient-centric approach with a commitment to quality healthcare.
